To All Concerned: The customer has been communicated with in regards to his concerns Global Restoration refunded him the amount he requested The customer was paid in full to satisfy resolution in regards to this matter He received his check near the end of the summer The check has been cashed and the matter is resolved Sincerely, Julie B***

On November 12, 2015, Global Restoration was notified of a sewage backup needing immediate attention at this customer’s home The source of the sewage backup was through the kitchen sink, and this unfortunate incident ended up destroying the cabinets, drywall, flooring and sub-floor in the kitchen, living room, dining room, family room, bathroom and hallwayWe knew that it was important to find a living situation for this family, so we booked a hotel room for the homeowners for the next days Our skilled technicians went to work cleaning and sanitizing the affected areas This included removing damaged building materials and packing and storing the homeowner’s belongings During the process of this project, we were notified of a serious, airborne, health risk present in the home that could adversely affect our employees Upon notifying the insurance company of this hazard, they advised us to immediately conclude our work at the property Global Restoration then worked with upper management at the insurance company to calculate an exact payment for work completed It was our understanding that the homeowners were slated to receive direct compensation from the insurance company for the work that was included in the adjuster’s estimate, but not completed by our company.We were notified by the homeowner about the stolen guns and A/C unit from their home We fully cooperated with the Police Department with their investigation by providing the names and contact information of our employees and subcontractors that worked at this property If any of our employees or subcontractors are determined to be at fault by the Police Department, we are willing to take appropriate action against the employee and rectify the situation with the homeowners

*** ***,this was one small branch so small that it did no damage to the roofI called Global Restoration and told them not to come out and I would replace the chimney cap my selfI don’t know who this tree company is, that they said came out,but I paid $to have the hole tree cut down in JanuarySo for Global Restoration to charg me $dollars for one branch is crazyAnd my insurance company thanks so as wellAll I’m saying is the price is to high for a branch and I have pictures

*** *** response ; this was not an emergency situation, you came out during regular business hours and seen that there was no damage to the house, at the insurance companies request ,other than a small chimney cap that I replacedso who is protecting the consumer here$for one small branch is out rages and no one in their right mind would pay thatI have been in the roofing business my whole life and I have never tried to take money out of someone’s hand for work not rendered it’s just not right I am willing to give you $today

We do not determine the pricing for the tree companies. They responded in a higher volume time and their pricing was submitted to us. We paid the bill and are asking to just be reimbursed for what was paid to them. The bill was paid several months ago and we’ve been trying to collect since that time. We have no room to move on price because the bill has been paid and we are only asking for what we paid the tree company. We did not charge for our time coordinating the work.

We are only charging what the tree company charged us. We paid the bill already and just asking to be reimbursed with no charge for our staff organizing or responding. We sent a letter demanding payment last Friday and now have this complaint. We’ve been trying to collect since October 2017.
