On the morning of July 4th, about 9am, a call was made to them to find out their arrival time with the bouncy tentThe male representative told us the driver was on the way, and could be expected to arrive soonWell, we are still waiting, a day laterTHEY NEVER SHOWED UPOur subsequent phone calls yesterday morning were unanswered, we couldn't even leave a message, their voicemail was fullSo, in the end, we have no idea what happened, dozens of kids went without the funhouse, and we were COMPLETELY BLOWN OFF AND LET DOWN, without even the courtesy of a single phone call to explain there was a problemTHAT we could accept...but to be told it's on the way, and then nothing shows up, and no explanation given, this is about as unprofessional and discourteous as possibleWe were let down, the kids were let down, and we will NEVER do business with this company again
