Hello, I spoke with mom and resolved the issue, she said it was purely a payment issue and she just cannot afford it at this time and her daughter enjoyed mamo, I offered her a lower payment plan and she said she still could not, I let her know that we will refund her today and she said she would call the Revdex.com to have them take down the complaint Maegan H [redacted] Director of Education [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] ***

Executive Assistant personally reached out to [redacted] to apologize for any miscommunication or confusionWhile we do work to make it clear that the introductory workshop is free, and the Model Actor Makeover that happens later in the day is the first class, including both verbally and in writing, we understand if this gets lost in the excitement of the day on occasionWe did respond to [redacted] with a copy of the headshot in a reply to the email that she sent, but the email bounced backExecutive Assistant has spoken with [redacted] and the refund has been processedThe email has been resent, as we never want anyone to leave Barbizon unhappyAll issues in the complaint have been addressed

Director of Education called and spoke with familyApologized for the delay, but explained that a charge back was filed by the family through their bank, and we do not have the ability to refund unless the chargeback is liftedThe family will be refunded immediately upon the lifting of the chargeback

daughter Madalyn had fun during her day as a model

I spoke with *** *** about why she had written in to the Revdex.comShe said the reason why was because she is a single mother of four children and she is currently in the process of moving and she was not able to afford the programI asked if she was happy with her services and if her two girls had
a good time in there first class with us and the mother said yes they did and it was strictly due to finances that they could not continueI offered her a different payment plan so her girls could continue and she said that she would love for the girls to be able to continue in the future but as of now its not possibleI told her that we will be refunding her for the amount that she paid and then she is always welcome to come back in the future and *** *** was very pleased about that

We have followed up with *** *** and let her know that she was entitled to a refund of dollars as per the agreementWe explained the breakdown of why that was the amount that she was receiving as a refund back which was: She paid $2,149.16We retain registration and 50% of the
*** remaining balance, because she was scheduled for 50% of her classes (more actually, but about 50%), so + = we keep 1,- = she gets back *** *** understood and let us know that she would be taking down this review now that this matter has been resolvedI let the mother know that Shayla can always come back here if she changes her mind as she gets a little older and the mom thanked meThis matter has been resolved

Director of operations personally called family twiceFirst time a voice mail was leftSecond time, we called again and spoke to mom and informed her that card had been already refunded on January ***, and that information had been confirmed with accountantMom said she would let her husband
know, and would call back if there were any further issues
