Review: 09/7/13 Ashlyn furniture first of all, presented itself to be Ashley furniture, which is false leading of a customer. The store sold me used floor furniture for new furniture without my knowlege which I found out the next day after purchasing the furniture and going back into the store to ask a question, then Mr [redacted] admitted he sold the floor furniture to me without my permission or knowledge. He gave me $100 for doing this, but it was still not ok. with a hassle I had him to exchange the bed and give me another one. Also he advertised beauty rest and sealy which I went into the store for a beauty rest but he only had 2 to choose from, but he had a selection of another brand Englander that he exhchanged for me that was support to be like a beauty rest for edge sleepers and for a bad back which did not do. He gave me another reclinder for the one I had and replaced it with a broken one that he delivered to my home and now refusing to give me my money back for used furniture sold to me as new furniture and to take the broken reclinder back. he said I have to keep the furniture. Not ok I am a senior and I insist on justice and fairness.

I want my money back and for Mr [redacted] to take his merchandise back. the bed is not like a beauty rest and the reclinder is sitting in my living room broke for over 2 weeks. the only thing working is the sofa.

Most of the story above is not true and I do have evident proving that upon request. Anyhow customer did come in with Rev. [redacted] on 10/16/13 Wednesday about 3:45PM to settle this by take back the recliner and refund full credit for that and she will drop everything else. I have talked to the owner for this one time exception refund no restocking fees and returned to her credit card in full for the recliner the next day. Hopefully this is all settled by now and God Bless the Customer!

I appreciate you looking into this matter for me, I do not want a full refund only discount for selling show store furniture at new prices instead of selling the furniture as used and for store to be register with Revdex.com.

All Discounts and adjustments have been made. As promised on 10/16/13 in the store with Rev. [redacted] was there all you wanted from us was take back the recliner with full refund and you would drop everything else. So this is why you didn't want to sign or initial any agreements we asked you other than your refund receipt? Not all floor models are discounted. We let you take the floor model mattress Englander because you didn't want to wait a week to exchange and that was noticed or written on your invoice. We brought you a brand new recliner in the box but you didn't want it. You wanted the one recliner you had sat and felt in the store so we granted you that and that was the one you wanted to return for refund a week or two later. And again that was all notated on your invoice. I'm sorry but we have done all promised and we have lost money by given you floor model furniture per your requested when they were our top seller.
