On November 3, *** *** came in with rings (please see attached picture)! to size both of them one to an and the other to an 8! Our staff advised her that we cannot size them because of the shape of the prongs were very warn down! *** *** wanted to us to
re tip only few of the prongs to get her by. ( Please see details on the charges on the copy of the receipt)! ***'s granddaughter called us on 4/4/accusing us for not doing the job right for the grandmother causing her to loose one of her small diamond! Instead of coming to us when she lost it , She took it in to a jewelry store in the LA area and they charged her $300! We told *** if she would of given us the opportunity to fix it for her and we would of definitely took care of her! She didn't even give us a chance to make it right for her. Just to recap, she has prongs on one cluster ring and we fixed only of them and charged her $60.00! On the second ring she has prongs which we fixed of them and charged her $20.00! The rest of the charges were for sizing! At this point we don't know which of the prongs broke to cause her diamond to fall off!Us at Ashoori Jewelers serving the valley for years and we care about our clients and offer them the utmost best service! We're sorry to see this happen!
