The actions taken by this dealership were only done after I started the complaint procedures against them. I have received the check for overpayment for the Registration, and I have been in direct contact with a BodyShop owner to have the mirror replaced. I received a separate email directly from the dealership with an attached form to be completed for Duplicate Title. This was returned on July 2017. At this point, we are still unresolved until I either receive Clean and Clear Title, or the car is collected and a Full Refund is issued.

registration, we sent a check which he received and cashed. Our policy is we send a check once we receive confirmation from department of motor vehicle. Currently the customer is waiting for his title. Customer claims he contacted department of motor vehicle and they informed him the title was sent out the same time as the registration. However, the dealership is not responsible for the title. Department of motor vehicle sends the title to customer's residence. It is evident that the customer's title was misplaced or lost. Upon receiving the complaint we have submitted several email to the customer asking him to come to the dealership to sign the another form to help him receive the duplicated title. Customer refused to come in. Enclosing we are sending a DMV form for customer to sign and send it back to us so we can help him receive the duplicated title.
