Review: I moved into Ashton Creek Apts. in July 18, 2014 & I paid $85 for move in / prorated rent & $700 for 1st month rent for August, But due to a Health issue of being allergic to Mold I never stayed in the apt. I returned the keys & the lease was broken & I was told I would receive my money back for my 1st month rent which I filled out the release paper work. It is now Oct and I still haven't received any compensation from the apt. I've called & Ive even went to the complex and its been a run around answer.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive full compensation of $700 for the month of Aug. 2014
