Very poor communication regarding driveway design before installationFinal layout was very poorly designed and NO DRAWING was shown to owner for approval prior to installationOmann rep claimed their sales rep did show us a drawing and seemed to imply that we were lyingVery odd, small unusable section of driveway was mysteriously added to side of driveway without consultation to ownerCompany representative had no explanationVery difficult to reach and slow response timeNot willing to offer any solution and accepted no responsibilityThey are threatening to go to small claims courtBe very aware before signing contract!
(I would give stars, but I had to check one in order to post)
P.S Edge of driveway is already cracking - installed Aug- and company rep ignored it

The services and care we received from Ashton Place was unsatisfactory Although we did interact with some caring, professional, compassionate staff members, we also interacted with some that were not All in all, we always had to request to meet with the administration to discuss our loved one's care and progressIf our loved one had lab work, x-ray, or ultrasound procedures, it was primarily because we inquired about his medical condition, which at the time we asked, was questionable We also had to follto inquire about the results of any tests performed because information and communication was not a common practice among the staff and administrators We sought answers to questions that should have been addressed prior to our loved one's discharge dayOn the day our loved one was being discharged, we found out that WE were responsible for transportation Our loved one was basically bedridden so finding suitable transportation required proper research and planning We also didn't know what time he was being discharged, hadn't received all requested items needed for his care at home, and didn't know the status of the requested items It is clear to me that the residents and patients are nothing more than a commodity that draws in government, private, and insurance fundsDuring the course of our loved one's stay, there was a change in management Although the new CEO stated that he was aware of problems and was in the process of fixing them, follow-up, execution and resolution of problems we encountered still lacked professionalism and timeliness At times, it seemed that the administration was playing games with us and intentionally making the transition from their facility difficult I am glad my loved one is gone and I pray for the safety and well being of the residents and patients that are currently in their care
