I would just like to respond to this complaint by stating Ashton Square Apartments was sold and acquired on December 11, by a new owner Ashton Square is no longer a [redacted] Property and is currently under new management.Ashton Square has very limited access to any records for previous residents prior to December 11, Unfortunately, any complaints MsBaldwin may have or any compensation she may be seeking is misdirected and she would need to contact Weinstein Properties.Thank you, [redacted] ***

Review: I am homeless. Ashton Square apartments rendered me disabled me from renting following unethical billing practices. There were uncalculated water and sewage rates charged to my account based on the entire building water usage,not that of my own. To also include late fees paid and charged to the court before even getting to court. My problem lies not with my credit but with rental history, for rental history shows evictions not amounts paid by me and also a local non-profit. After living there 3.7 years, I was told I had to undergo a rental re-verification, which should have been done at three years. If done at the 3 yr mark I would not have been forced out. Given my only remaining income, I would have been able to stay had they not waited until the close of business to let me know, but I had used the money to rent a [redacted], which they threatened to tow on moving day. Lastly, my account was billed for normal wear and tear after renting the apartment so long. How could they bill me for wear and tear following three inspections I passed the same month of eviction. Please help.Desired Settlement: I need my rental history cleared and proper credits applied to my account. Rental history clearance is the most important.
