Being that Mr*** lives in that county, he is trying to verify you are the correct person to speak withOur calls are recorded and or monitored for quality assurance and Mr*** has never mentioned anything about a law suit, warrant or anything other than asking you to call him back

This business spoke with my brother and sister in-law, not me. I did not threaten them. I only told the rep I would not speak with him until he promised to not call and harass my brother and his wife again. His response was that my brother was psycho and he didn't want to speak to him again anyway. I further told him to contact me only and he loudly told me they had but I had not returned any of their calls. He then told me he was going to sue me in court for the money which was around $1000. So the companies response that I threatened them is FALSE.

We spoke with Ms. [redacted] on 10-29-2015 on a recorded call and she was made aware of why we were calling and became very irate and threatening to our representative. She can call us at [redacted] to discuss her account in a professional manner as we are a complaint agency and all of our calls are...

We have never spoke with Ms. [redacted] nor received any correspondence. She can simply call us and or fax us her dispute and we will immediately have the issue resolved. Filing complaints do not resolve problems, they only cause other people to work on cases that could have been resolved by picking up...

the phone and letting us or the client know what is going on. Communication is very important.

I have a recording still of the voicemail left to my phone of them implying they are a law firm.    I was never told that my call was being recorded by them or this was a collections call all this person did the whole time was harass me. This company should Not have an A rating on your system they are unethical liars who try to scare there consumers

In response to [redacted]'s complaint, He contacted our office, after he was left a message to contact us. Thankfully the call was recorded for our protection. Mr. [redacted] was immediately told we are a collection agency, although later in the conversation he tried to bait the collector by telling...

him he said we are a law firm. He was never told we are a law firm, ever. The collector never used any foul language, ever in the entire call. Mr. [redacted] continuously did admit he isn't paying the bill, and our collector continued to try to give him alternate options, such as borrowing from a friend or family member. He ended up disconnecting the call and we have never called him since. I would suspect he is receiving calls from other agencies, since he did tell our collector he owes several medical bills and he isn't paying any of them either. In closing, we are closing the file and notifying our client as such.
