We spoke with Ms [redacted] on 10-29-on a recorded call and she was made aware of why we were calling and became very irate and threatening to our representativeShe can call us at [redacted] to discuss her account in a professional manner as we are a complaint agency and all of our calls are recorded for purposes like this

We have never spoke with Ms [redacted] nor received any correspondenceShe can simply call us and or fax us her dispute and we will immediately have the issue resolvedFiling complaints do not resolve problems, they only cause other people to work on cases that could have been resolved by picking up the phone and letting us or the client know what is going onCommunication is very important
In response to [redacted] ***'s complaint, He contacted our office, after he was left a message to contact usThankfully the call was recorded for our protectionMr [redacted] was immediately told we are a collection agency, although later in the conversation he tried to bait the collector by telling him he said we are a law firmHe was never told we are a law firm, everThe collector never used any foul language, ever in the entire callMr [redacted] continuously did admit he isn't paying the bill, and our collector continued to try to give him alternate options, such as borrowing from a friend or family memberHe ended up disconnecting the call and we have never called him sinceI would suspect he is receiving calls from other agencies, since he did tell our collector he owes several medical bills and he isn't paying any of them eitherIn closing, we are closing the file and notifying our client as such
