booked a room for nights and left a day early because of noise and haven't heard from hotel and they wont give a refund Booked a room for nights (9-2-to 9-4-17) for a nice weekend getaway for me and my fiancéWhen they handed us the room key on 9-2-when we checked in we were not informed that there would be a live band playing all afternoon at the outside bar which was apparently right outside our roomNot very relaxingThat ended at around 8pm and then there was a dj downstairs in the lounge which was directly under our room until midnight or soLoud customers and smokers outside our windows all night until the dj was doneWe were very tired and just wanted a nice relaxing weekend that we deserved and that is so not what we gotGot no sleep and ended up checking out at 6:am on 9-3-17, no manager was on duty yetIt is now 9-19-and I have not heard one word from the hotel management or anyone in charge and they will not refund my money for the room for the night
On 11/19/I was billed for (2) stays I have been ignored by General Manager Norm On 11/19/I was billed for twice for one stayI have called the property many timesWhen I was finally called back on Tuesday 11/28/Norm stated to me "I need time to look into this, I do see you were charged twice." I have received no resolution from Norm nor did he seem to want to try to make this rightI have spent hours on this and numerous calls to The AshworthI even offered norm to not have to refund me $and honor a nights stay for another timeI have been a loyal customer to The Ashworth and very disappointed in the way I have been treated
