at the job site, I realized that there was something wrong with the plans provided to me. I contacted homeowner and that was the first time homeowner gave me the right plans. Upon my review of the right plans, I realized that my bid had to change. In some areas it went down, in most others, it went up due to the nature of the changes done by homeowner. They accused of overcharging based on these changes not being incorporated into the original contract, but they could not be in the original contract when I was provided the wrong plans.
