I am sorry for the way you feel Mr [redacted] , Ashworth Heating & Cooling did NOT say we would charge you by the hourWe gave [redacted] [redacted] a flat rate price for the job of replacing a unit before the job was done; you approved the price for the work performedWe installed the new system, and did a great jobThe home owner was totally satisfied, and paid his portion [redacted] did not honor their responsibility and pay their part even after we reduced the invoice by $500.00, just to satisfy youYou left us no choice but to pursue the matter legally, after waiting for almost a year to get paid by your companyOnly after you were forced to pay, you submitted a complaint to the Revdex.com, I feel this was an attack against Ashworth Heating & Cooling and is very unprofessionalFor you to say that we lied to you is ridiculousThis complaint is untrue; we believe you only wrote the letter with the intent to harm our reputation To our customers, I hope when you see this complaint you will see the truthAshworth Heating & Cooling treats all of our customers with honesty and respectWe go over and beyond the call of duty to do the best job for an honest price Sincerely, [redacted] / Owner

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I have explained that Our company was lied toWe have more than one company in the area to handle our clientsIf the truth was given from the start we would have used the company that is a lot cheaperHowever, given the situation at the time and being told that this was a several man job and to hours we felt the cost was justifiedAs soon as we got the survey from the customer that explained things were completely the opposite we called Ashworth and ask why they felt they had to do things this wayWe never felt like they even cared that the technician lied to me on the phone we he gave me the quotePlease understand I know that the job is priced accordingly, but we would have had someone else do the work if the technician was honest from the start Thank you [redacted]

system, and did a great job. The home owner was totally satisfied, and paid his
portion. [redacted] did not honor their responsibility and pay their part

I have explained that Our company was lied to. We have more than one company in the area to handle our clients. If the truth was given from the start we would have used the company that is a lot cheaper. However, given the situation at the time and being told that this was a several man job and 8 to 10 hours we felt the cost was justified. As soon as we got the survey from the customer that explained things were completely the opposite we called Ashworth and ask why they felt they had to do things this way. We never felt like they even cared that the technician lied to me on the phone we he gave me the quote. Please understand I know that the job is priced accordingly, but we would have had someone else do the work if the technician was honest from the start.
