Response received via e-mail to Revdex.com: In June 2015, he brought the vehicle in to be serviced for the issue. As he stated, we did not have the part available so it was ordered for him. The Service Manager believes he was in fact contacted regarding his part arriving to the store and
therefore, we were able to fix his vehicle. He did not return our call and followed up with us one year later. Once he called us in July 2016, his vehicle was no longer covered under extended warranty and therefore the service visit would not be covered from a cost standpoint. *** sent in the complaint to both our dealership and Infiniti NA and Infiniti communicated to us we should repair at no charge, we honored their request. ***’s vehicle has been repaired at this point
