I have had several good experiences with All Klear I have used their subscription maintenance program for years and have hired their technicians to do some plumbing work at my home The technicians are polite, clean, well-spoken.They have been very fair in their appraisals of what work needed to be done and their pricing was very acceptableThe technicians stand behind the name and good reputation of the companyI plan to continue using them in the future
I had a leak in the mechanical room at the home that, once discovered, was quite the messAll Klear had someone onsite the same day (Saturday)David was extremely thorough in his investigation of the situation, took many photos to detail the damage, and worked closely with his Supervisor over the phone to determine best fixThey referred me to a water restoration company which would be needed as well to repair the damageWe agreed to wait until Monday to fix the issue once all needed parts could be secured from the warehouseAfter visit from the water restoration company, it was determined that everything would need to be removed from the mechanical room, rather than repaired, so drying process could beginDavid and an HVAC tech returned the next day to spend all day at my home to complete the removal of everything and went above and beyond to provide me with temporary fix of cold water, versus no water at allDavid was very professional, thorough and has called in the days following to check on our progress of drying so they can return to reinstall the items in the mechanical roomHe even took it upon himself to return the next day unsolicited to assure he turned off the gas so we would not have any other issues during constructionI am very impressed thus far with All Klear and their technicians

We needed to replace a motor on our furnace and he was very thorough with his explanations and was kind enough to explain it to my husband over the phone as wellThe installation went well and faster than expected! Kevin was very friendly and professional! All klear is a great company with kind and knowledgeable techs and I really like that they give you a call when on their way!
David was very professional & completed the toilet valve replacement In about mins My problem is that is cost me for this Way too expensive I spent close to 10,last year with your company for plumbing, new heat/air unit, & this charge is way out of line Sorry[redacted] I was unable to access the review buzz

I had spent a couple of hours on the phone trying to get help after being without heat for freezing nightsAll Klear had Sean call me within 1/an hour, and not an hour later, Sean and Cory arrived and quickly discovered and repaired the problem with our furnaceWe got a service contract, and to save me from losing any more work time, they cleaned out the blower unit and the a/c unit right thenI will call them first in the future!
