ASI Collision

My 2011 *** was rear-ended and brought to Automotive Specialties Inc for repair on 5/2/2016. I was informed by Automotive Specialties Inc (ASI) in writing that they would handle all insurance company paperwork and that *** had approved the entire repair as well as rental car coverage, which ASI arranged through ***. The vehicle took several weeks to be repaired. When I picked up the vehicle, ASI arranged for the *** rental to be returned. I subsequently received a bill for $964.80 from *** saying that *** only paid for 3 days worth of the rental. ASI assured me that they would either refund me directly for the $964.80 or that I would get a check from the insurance company. I have, to date, still not received a refund in this amount despite multiple assurances from ASI by phone, email, and text message that a check was on its way.
