Thank you for informing me that Mr* filed this complaintWe service an average of customers per week and when we don't get it right I want to know about itI know Mr*** *wellI have had at least 15-conversations with Mr* or Mrs * over the last yrsLike most alarm companies we require a yr contract in exchange for a "free security system" SecondlyLike most alarm companies, we require all customers sign a form that states before the customer changes phone carriers to please call the office because some phone systems do not support the alarm that has been installedWe also offer a automatic payment serviceSo that customer know that their monthly service is paid on timeWe ask that our customers test their alarms monthlyThis is a free service that gives our customers the peace of mind knowing that the service is working correctlyWe do all this because over the years we have found that from time to time customers will forget to pay their bill, change phone services, have a problem with their alarm and not know it, and forget they signed a yr contractWe have gone out to service the alarm twice since he changed phone services and on both occasions my tech told him he would need a cel unit added to their alarm at a cost of $My cost with installation is $On both occasions Mr * declined my offerI never told Mr* that he needed to buy this equipment and extend his contractWhat I did say is he could do one or the otherTwo days ago Mrs* called me about the balance on the accountShe ask me if we could work something out to lower itI said sure I will accept half Mrs * said she would take to her husband and that she would let me know
