Ordered food today and it had a bug in it. Ordered food 11.19.2015. I ordered Chicken with Snow peas. I was eating the food and there was a bug inside the food. I called and spoke with Mike and he states that he will replace the food if I bring it back up there. I advised him that I did not want a replacement since there was a bug in it and I will not be eating there again. He said that they do not give refunds, I asked him if he had this policy in writing that they do not give refunds and he said no. I feel that I should receive a refund for the nasty product. I paid $11.81 cash. I have a picture of the product and the receipt. I feel that they should be held accountable for there actions and maybe they will be cleaner. Desired SettlementI would like a cash refund for the unsanitary food that I received. They do not have a policy in writing that they do not give refunds. I could understand if it was a case where I did not like the taste of the food or something was burned.. etc. I feel that they should be held accountable for there uncleanliness. Having said this, we take every complaint from our customers very seriously. We do have a policy of no refunds on food and she is correct we do require that the food is brought back to us to see what mistake we did make. We then re-cook the same order or the customer can pick another dish of equal or less value if the customer wants to try a different dish. We do everything we can to make sure the customer is happy but in this case she was not willing to bring the dish back for us to see what was really happening.
