[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I had alot of damage to pipes that needed to be repaired, this doesnt explain why my year warranty is not being honored This company capped off two radiators, which recently had to be re-capped, so the contractor cant take credit for this The heater also was not installed to the chimney and provided no venting [redacted] came out and red-tagged the unit, shut off gas, and deemed it unsafe The service technician also stated that the carbon monoxide is entering back into the house, due to a bad installation and the venting going out on the side of the house, instead of up the chimney So thank God for the pipes needing repairing because operating this unit as installed by David Goane & Company, would have killed me and my family This is a company that works along with [redacted] to get their check fast, but cares less about whether the job is safe for it's customers More complaints will be coming your way Regards, [redacted]

Please correct the complaint to read that the business did not take the action that they responded. Do I now need to take them to small claims court? I didn't respond to your email because I need to wait and see if they were going to correct the problem which they didn't.I can't figure out how to respond directly from the complaint. [redacted] **

Our job/price was to install an new gas boiler replacing the existing boiler The old boiler was & the new boiler is in the basement at the chimney The job consist of connecting seven ac pipe, with all five feet of boiler At the chimney, the existing boiler broke in a bad
cold spellThe water in the radiators and pipes throughout the house "froze-up." After the new boiler was installed and "on" the frozen water melted and leaks (which was caused by splits in piping from freezing-up) were showing up in all different locations We capped a few for the customer so he could have some heat until he got the leaking pipes fixed Overnight as more frozen water melted more leaks showed. As a courtesy we sent a crew back the next day and caped some leaking pipes. As the days went on more leaks in the house rooms piping started We told the customer he will have to hire a handy/man to repair replace leaking piping, etc There was no change in our price for and leak repairing
