Sorry for the late replyI just back from the Business trip out of stateI would like to make a statement for the Complaint (ID # [redacted] ) as follow : "Ms [redacted] purchased her bonsai from us on 12/1/according to the complaint The complaint then stated she first came across an issue with her bonsai on 1/26/2015, almost two months from the purchase date Had she taken her tree into our nursery for us to look at at that point, perhaps we could have identified the issue and saved the tree, but she waited until 3/16/to talk to us, more than months from the purchase date and more than a month from when she stated she started having issues according to the complaint We have no way to determine what happened to the tree in the months it had left our hands and into the ownership of Ms ***, therefore, as stated in the return policy from when she purchased the bonsai, we cannot offer any refund or exchanges for her bonsai purchase, especially from months ago We, however, offered at no cost to Ms [redacted] to try to rescue the tree and attempt to nurse it back to health if Ms [redacted] was willing to leave the tree with us, to which she agreed When she called us in June to check on her bonsai, unfortunately the bonsai could not be saved We include a care card with instructions on how to properly care for your bonsai, and we always welcome visits to our nursery should you encounter any issues with the plant, or simply need us to plant-sit while you are on vacation If Ms***'s bonsai reached us in a more timely manner we would have had a much better chance in saving it, it could have been as simple as the tree needing to be watered more, unfortunately a month and a half after initial symptoms is sometimes too far along for us to rescue successfully."
