I said yes with the same time frame to pmAgain, no one showed upWhen I called they said that they couldn't get in touch with the driver and had no explanationAt this juncture I wanted my money backI called the office on Friday May and spoke with Nicole who said she would tell the ownerI kept calling and calling to get some resolutionThe owner would not call me or talk to me about this matterI told Nicole I do not want to do business any more with this company and I just want my money backSecond of all, the dates of May and May are totally made up and that I refused to answer the door is false I kept calling the office just getting the response that Raymond isn't here and he would have to handle the refund since I wrote a checkI have not heard one word from Raymond, the owner, and this is what prompted me to file a complaint with the Revdex.com because this company is as unprofessional as it getsAll I want is my $back and to move on from this matterThank you Regards, [redacted]

June 16, 2017Concerning the $charge for chemical, which I do not use over and over again, for Bed Bug treatment, as he will use a $sale sign on a property over and over again and charge $for a house that sold for $150,[redacted] never mentioned his car being treated until after weeks, when he or another person reinfested his house, and the technician who rendered the treatment and the office were not aware of any request for treatment to his car.Capitol-Tecagreed at that time to retreat the house and car at a discounted cost of $350.00, in which [redacted] refused because he did not want to pay and wanted to have his company that he was working for to pay for the treatment, as they did for the first service.Now at this late date, the charge will be the same price that was paid on April 5, 2017, which is $Naturally, the infestation has become much more severeCapitol-Tec.'s prices and services are very fair, as [redacted] is well educated onBy his own admission, [redacted] is working in a situation where he should strip his clothing off after inspections and wash his clothing in hot water which will kill any Bed BugsI might add that Bed Bugs could not live in a closed car because of the extreme heatHeat and freezing is another method used for extermination of Bed Bugs and other pest.Raymond *H/President

July 31, 2017Dear [redacted],We are responding to the complaint from [redacted], ID # [redacted].[redacted] has been a valuable customer of ours for the last seven years. She wanted to schedule an appointment for her yearly termite inspection and wanted us to come out at a specific time,...

only providing us with an hour time frame. Because of her times, we were not able to accomodate her, which upset her.In the service business, it is hard to pin point an exact time. We tried to accomodate her on other dates, specifically on May 18th where there was no answer at the door, and on May 22nd, in which she refused service at the door.She called the office very irrate demanding her money back. We tried to appease her and offered a $50.00 credit towards her termite guarantee for 2018, expiring on 6/3/18, but she denied that also.Please understand our sincere concern in this matter. We have tried to please her and truly apologize for any inconveniences.Thank You.Nicole

I am rejecting this response because:
This is why I started this complaint. First of all it wasn't an hourly time frame. On Wednesday May 11, my day off, I took the time frame of 2 to 6 pm.When no one showed up, I called the office and they said they were sorry and could we come out the next day? I said yes with the same time frame 2 to 6 pm. Again, no one showed up. When I called they said that they couldn't get in touch with the driver and had no explanation. At this juncture I wanted my money back. I called the office on Friday May 12 and spoke with Nicole who said she would tell the owner. I kept calling and calling to get some resolution. The owner would not call me or talk to me about this matter. I told Nicole I do not want to do business any more with this company and I just want my money back. Second of all, the dates of May 18 and May 22 are totally made up and that I refused to answer the door is false.  I kept calling the office just getting the response that Raymond isn't here and he would have to handle the refund since I wrote a check. I have not heard one word from Raymond, the owner, and this is what prompted me to file a complaint with the Revdex.com because this company is as unprofessional as it gets. All I want is my $97.20 back and to move on from this matter. Thank you.

5 weeks, when he or another person reinfested his house, and the technician who rendered the treatment and the office were not aware of any request for treatment to his car.Capitol-Tec. agreed at that time to retreat the house and car at a discounted cost of $350.00, in which [redacted] refused because he did not want to pay and wanted to have his company that he was working for to pay for the treatment, as they did for the first service.Now at this late date, the charge will be the same price that was paid on April 5, 2017, which is $550.00. Naturally, the infestation has become much more severe. Capitol-Tec.'s prices and services are very fair, as [redacted] is well educated on.
