been charged in our end. As the investigation going through, neither EVO nor my restaurant has any sign of that charges has been made. Therefore, we explained the result of our finding to [redacted] and suggest him to call his credit card company to dispute the charges. However, [redacted] failed to believe and very unhappy about what we told him. At this point, there is nothing more we can do other than the suggestion we had provided to him. We have been in this business for long time and we do not need to scam our customers to gain our profits. Thanks.
