Company states that they have responded to the issues to the best of their ability of won't be responding further

The response I received is unethicalI was not treated as a customerI was just treated as a careless mistake that they blame the issue only on meI provided already information about thisThis complaint is not satisfied as a customer the business could have better responded my complaint I was just told it was only my fault and then yelled at (unknown what was said) when I questioned how long the food was done and I’m afraid my kids might get food poisonedI was screamed at to the point that there was no resolution to my complaint and not on here eitherI am only getting the run aroundI know what is right and what is wrongTheir customer service response to me as a customer was far beyond iunsatistfied than what I did as a mistakeI had to google information about food poisoning to satisfy my answer because the business only screamed/yelled at meI refused to eat my food due to my concernThe business did not deserve a tip that was asked for when I pre ordered

First of all, we were really busy that night, normally an online pick up order takes about 20 minutes, during the busy time it needs about half an hour. I remembered that night I got the call from this customer, she asked angrily, ‘does my order ready?’, I thought it was a delivery order, cause we...

have lots of delivery that night, so I asked her, ‘what is your address?’, then she told me her address, and I said ‘we don’t have any order going to that address’, she answered ‘I ordered online, it supposed to be a delivery order, and I also put a 15% tip on there. It has been a long time, why you didn’t call me?’, then I checked every order and checked the phone number, I got the pick up order matches which is just been done not a while ago, then I answered her patiently, ‘we have this order online and it is a pick up order and it’s just done about a few minutes ago’, she answered impolitely ,’ I will be there.’ , and I said,’ ok, see ya’. After a few minutes, she show up with an upset face, I were standing in the front, I said, ‘hi’ , not even let me finish talking, she speaker out with some bad words, she asked angrily, ‘how long does the ‘f’ food sitting here?’, I didn’t do anything wrong, why should I deserve these rude words. I know that we are not from America, but we also need respect, don’t we? I can’t bear her anymore, but I’m still try to be not so angry, ‘I don’t know exactly how long, but when you called, it just been done not a while ago.’ And she answered, ‘you <Word Rejected>. Why you don’t call me? I put a tip on there...’ , we never force customers to put any tip online, customers would do whatever they want, and most of our customers would put some tip not only for delivery order but for pick up order too, in her words, I guess she wants to say she put tips on there it means it’s for delivery and we must know it. It’s so ridiculous. She made a mistake and wanted us to make up for her. We only make food to people that needs to be respected.
