Dear Asian Imports, If you give a customer a quote for well known procedure and you performed exactly what you described prior service and NO additional repairs were included; you should stick to your quote You charged about 250% more than you quoted by adding diagnosis, parts and labors Why you did not add those costs to the initial quote? I did ask for a TOTAL number!

South-End Overhead Door replaced my ageing and very loud garage door opener. I was very impressed with prompt response to my questions about a new opener and what options were available. When it came time to install the new unit, they showed up on time and were very professional. They took the time to answer the questions and concerns that I had. I am very impressed with the new opener and the quality of the installation and I would not hesitate to use them again.

[redacted] that was fast! Called in the morning on the way to work and [redacted] was able to come down and fix it while I was at work. Great price, great service. I hope I don't need to call him again, but if I do he will be my first call.

Review: Ordered the product in 2011. They charged to credit account, but nothing got delivered. get nothing but excuses.

All email sent to find out what is up with the order comes back with a wide range of excuses. Purchase the product in April of 2011 in the amount of $186.00 using Visa Credit Card. They had no problem taking the money out of the account when the order was processed. The order info is below with the last email correspondence on 9/8/3013.

Review: I ordered 1 x 48" "cruise" plaque and 15 x 16" personal sized plaques from Asian Imports in 2010. After completing my side of the transaction (one Google transaction for $725 for the 48" on 14 Oct 2010 and another for $1425 for the 16" on 5 Nov 2010) I exchanged a couple of emails with someone in production named Khat. Once the money was recieved, I didnt get another reliable response. If it were not for the incrediably pervasive reputation for quality items I dont think this business would stay afloat. Everyone who works with them knows they are known to have slow production timelines; understandable when you see incrediably detailed final products. That being said, I think the 3+ years of production time is more than enough, I expect my order has long been forgotten.I wouldnt normally resort to tactics like this, but hope to at least garner some attention and prevent some other unluckly Lieutenant from repeating my mistakes. Nothing like an angry ready room.Desired Settlement: Replacement is desired resolution.Refund in lieu of replacement is suitable.
