We bought a English bulldog puppy and she was suppose to be health guaranteed just like all the other are suppose to be and we went to the vet the next day and ended up having to pay close to $in surgeries!!!!!! We contacted them and did everything we were told to and sent certified mail like told to and also had vet fax papers and they did not help pay any of it not even half like they said they wouldWhen we got her we were told if anything wrong was found even as simple as a cold they would pay for it and that was nothing but a lie so just beware of puppy zone and if you want a healthy puppy that's not the place to go especially since they are puppy mill operated

On Oct 23, I purchased a Great Dane puppy from this company at an extremely inflated price believing that I was buying from a reputable businessI was worried to buy a dog from an individual because I feared I would not be getting a pure Great Dane that I could actually registerWell, I was given paperwork to have the dog registered and guaranteed by their employee of the great reputation of the registering company (Champion Pet Registry)It has been months now and I still have no paperwork on our dogThe registering company refuses to answer the phone and never responded to the Revdex.com complaint that I filed on them as wellPuppy Zone owner has now told me there is nothing else they can doWhy they continue to use this registering company is beyond me because going through Puppy Zone's Google reviews I can see that I am not the only

I purchased Sam, Kborn 10-2017, a German Shepard on 3-10-In the purchase agreement it stated that the puppy had been treated by a vet and shots were up to date, they were notThe contract stated reimbursement for any additional care not provided by the seller with receipt from vetMost of the care the puppy required was disallowed by the owner, puppy was sick and had wormsThe contract stated we would receive CKC registration for the puppy within 6-weeks, Still haven't received Any registration certificateI have been very patient and have contacted the seller on several occasions without satisfaction

September we purchased Teacup Poodles We were told they were pure bred poodles which would not get over 5lbs months later we found out they are not teacup size for one is close to 11lbs the other just over The puppies are not pure bred poodles Puppies are of mix breed in which we paid full price for teacup purebred poodles Puppies are supposed to be siblings and that is in question also throughout the month of January I contacted the owner times, first time he said to email him the contract and photos of the puppies Next times he said he had not had the time to review the material 4th time he said he would review material and get back to me, he never did
