Excellent service in a timely fashion. We had them clean an older Asian runner and it came back to us like new! We plan to use them for cleaning many more of our Asian rugs.

We brought a rug in for cleaning and while we were there looked at some of the gorgeous rugs they have. We are not able to spend a lot of money on a rug, but the owner spent a lot of time showing us rugs in our price range. Of course we walked out with a very beautiful rug. Everyone in the store was incredibly friendly, laughing and joking with us. Lovely owner and lovely staff. And best of all, they have a small canine staff member who is the sweetest ever!
