With regard to the leaky toilet, it is evident in speaking to Mr [redacted] , his property management representative, and Mr [redacted] ’s neighbor that this problem did not just occur suddenly nor is the damage resulting from the leaky toilet the responsibility of our company, J&S PlumbingMr*** [redacted] , owner of J&S Plumbing, was given a clear message from Mr [redacted] that J&S should pay for everything: the toilet leak damages, plumbing service, parts, and the work performed by othersThis attempt to extort monies from our company will not be given further considerationMr [redacted] made every attempt to offer reasonable solutions to Mr [redacted] which he summarily refusedThis complaint is without merit due to this problem existing prior to our company’s involvement and should be removed.Sincerely, [redacted] President - J&S Plumbing
