I am rejecting this response because: I do not totally believe what they have written in the response I contacted the given number on numerous occasions they NEVER responded as they said they would in the original complaint I DID receive my money back, which I greatly appreciate but feel that this business needs to get their act together as to being more responsive to customer calls and call backs Their answering service needs to have a LIVE person answering their calls, not a canned answering message that says they will call back and NEVER do!!! I thank the Revdex.com for the third party contact in order to resolve my complaint However, I will never do business with AIRSIRGLOBAL EVER AGAIN and WOULD NOT ever do business with them again NOR would I EVER RECOMMEND THEM to any of my colleagues or friends or family

However, we had refunded his $199.99 for better customer relationship. We run this business for the past 1 year and we have very less percentage of chargeback/refund history and we didn't miss to refund any single customer.
