leakMy employee found a spot that he believed to be the problem and caulked itHe also caulked a few other locations as a precautionary measure. *** continiously called wanting to know what my employee had done on the roof, all this before it had rained to test the repairI hadn't had a chance to talk with my employee, as we were in different locations for a few days*** proceeded to accuse me of scamming him by allowing my employee to caulk a location that he thought was the leak*** went up on the roof himself to see thisHe became very rude and continued to state that we were too expensive and dishonestI told him we would be back when we had timeThis was not good enough for him
I have a great reputation in Scottdale for quality and honesty I can provide a very long list of satisfied customersMy work is always honoredThis had no guarantee due to the nature of the repairHe then had his wife or girlfriend call me and give me an ultimatumI either replace the entire roof for free or give them my insurance infoShe then proceeded to say that other local contractors had insisted that I did the repair wrong and owed them a new roofI have a great relationship with these contractors and they all told me that they never said this and they completely understood my positionThis customer is looking to get something for free
