There comes a time in any business that you must resign yourself to the fact that you will never make every customer happyI am saddened by this situation, but we can no longer accept verbal abuse and coercion as part of a working relationship.We have worked diligently with Mrand Mrs***
to try and ensure their satisfaction with the work performed, however we have been met with unrealistic expectations and lack of understanding involving the work that was performed on the vehicle in questionThe customers have been fully informed of all repairs and any other issues that could be reasonably anticipatedI have gone so far as to send this vehicle to the dealership for diagnosis, the dealership declined to perform additional work after they were verbally abused by Mrs***.We wish Mrand Mrs*** well in the futureWe will proudly honor the warranty provided on repairs made to their vehicle, but will no longer provide any further non-warranty repairs for them

At the time this project began, ***t thoroughly inspected the vehicle with Mr*** and reviewed the details that would be involved in converting Mr***’ vehicle from a Vto a Vengine Some of the obstacles to overcome have included modification of the structure of the vehicle,
fabrication of custom parts, as well as building and modifying wiring harnesses to fit the Vengine and transmission combination into a vehicle designed to have a Vengine Although Superior Engines has come up against some unforeseen delays and challenges, Mr*** was advised of the extent of modifications required to make this engine swap successful.Communication from Mr*** has been sporadic at bestPhone calls/messages have gone unreturnedThe claim that ***t was not available is simply not trueSince this project began there has been a change to the front office of the business, no longer is ***t personally answering incoming calls for the business, however, he is always available to speak with customers Phone calls to the business are always answered or returned during business hoursThe last conversation with Mr*** was in February of 2016.While the complexity of this project dictates that a significant amount of time is required to complete it we do acknowledge that a portion of the delays are our responsibility.At this time we do request that Mr*** contacts us to negotiate a mutually agreeable end to this project

I am a returning customer the work done before was great hopefully the removal and placement of the other engine and transmission will as well!!!!

We have made contact with Mr[redacted] and worked out a resolution

[redacted] was informed that we would review the engine warranty with him at a 500 mile check and complimentary oil change since his vehicle was picked up outside of normal business hours and we would not have been able to review the details of his warranty with him. [redacted] has not returned...

for the 500 mile check and complimentary oil change. I personally communicated with [redacted] on July 14th, before this complaint had come to my attention, to let him know that a copy of his warranty and a reimbursement check would be sent out this week.
