MR [redacted] IS NOT INCORRECT IN MOST OF WHAT HE HAS TO SAY IN JULY WHEN I GOT IT RUNNING WELL ENOUGH FOR HIS VACATION AND IT DID RUN FINE FOR A PERIOD OF TIME HE THEN CALLED BACK EXPLANINED THAT PROBLEM WAS DIFFERENT FROM ORIGINAL COMPLAINT I ASKED IF IT WAS RIDEABLE HE SAID YES ONCE WARMED UP WAS FINE SO I ADVISED HIM TO AVOID LOSING RIDE TIME WHEN HE WAS DONE AT END OF SEASONTO BRING IN FOR US TO TAKE OUR TIME AND GET TO THE ROOT OF PROBLEM.SO HE DID .DID NOT KNOW HE BROUGHT IN MONTHS BEFOR HE WAS DONE RIDING.I DID BACK BURNER IT AS MR [redacted] AND I DISCUSSED AND I WOULD GET IT FIXED I HAD NO IDEA IT WOULD TAKE THIS LONG.THE PROBLEM IS I CAN SET BIKE PARAMETERS GET IT RUNNING GREAT THEN TURN KEY OFF GO TO START BACK UP GOES HAYWIRE AGIN[redacted] TSM HAS BEEN HERE TWICE AND IS ONE HAD ME ORDER WIRE HARNESS .AT TIME I ORDERED SHOWED IN STOCK AFTER A COUPLE OF DAYS I CALLED TO SEE WHY HARNESS NOT HERE TYPO THERE IN FACT WAS NOT ONE AVAILABLE HAD TO WAIT FOR HARNESS TO COME IN FROM JAPAN I SHOWED MR [redacted] THIS MESSAGE FROM MY TECHNICAL SERVICE REP.I DO UNDERSTAND MR [redacted] FRUSTRATION AS I AM FRUSTRATED AS WELL I HAVE NOMEROUS HOURS REPLACING PARTS SUGGESTED BY [redacted] I WILL NEVER GET PAID FOR .THIS IS NOT AN EXCUSE AS TO WHY NOT BEING REPAIRED I AM MORE THAN ANXIOUS TO GET REPAIRED AND OUT OF MY SHOP .AND MR [redacted] RIDING AGIN[redacted] HAS HAD ME TO REPLACE SEVERAL PARTS ECU PLUG THROTTLE BODY IDLE SPEED CONTROL VALVE.MY TECHINICAL SERVICE MANAGER FROM [redacted] HAS BEEN IN SEPERATE OCCASSIONS AND LAST ADVICE ON HIS RECOMENDATION WAS TO REPLACE WIRE HARNESS I AM TO UNDERSTAND WIRE HARNESS IS IN TODAY AND HOPE TO HAVE RIGHT NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS.WILL CONTACT MR [redacted] WITH INFOANY THING I CAN DO MIKE CASTON 3456PS THIS IS INTERMITTENT PROBLEM MAY RUN FINE FOR SEVERAL DAYS THEN FIRE AND SHE IS BACK TO PROBLEM AGIN

Hello, The name of the warranty company is [redacted] and it expires 4/28/ This was a factory extended warranty offered by Ask when I purchased the bikeI feel that Ask should provide some type of reparation because of the extreme amount of time they sat on my bike before repairing itAlso, if I had not showed up to get the bike, Ask was going to continue to keep it because they are still in debates between [redacted] and the warranty to get paidThey were going to hold my bike until they got paidI just showed up and requested to take it home I feel Ask is responsible for poor customer service and I'd like to see something doneAlso, with the extensive work done for an electronic issue, I'd like to trust the bike for tripsI plan on taking this down to Texas at least once a year and I can't have another big issue like this I feel Ask and [redacted] should be willing to stand behind their productI'm willing to pay for an extended warranty, but after all these problems with the bike and Ask, I'm tempted to sell the bikeI don't feel like either company was very reactive to the issues with this bike

This customer unit was brought in to us on 08-22-without an appointment At that time our service department was scheduled out for three weeks with appointments, we had made every effort to diagnose and order parts ahead of available work space.repairs have been completed and unit available to customer on 09-07-

we will be giving the customer a check for dollars as requested to settle as far as his compliant we overcharged him for frame [redacted] from [redacted] prepared his estimate and is the one that listed parts and price and just to make sure we were not involved I checked price with manufacture and it is as indicated on [redacted] estimate we are paying customer just to go away take longer to deal with than the we charged for estimate even thought we had labor in it and had started estimate

CUSTOMER IS TRYING TO REBUILD A MOTOR THAT THE CRANK SHAFT WAS OUT OF TO SAVE MONEY SENT CRANKSHAFT TO HAVE REDONE THE BEARING IS FROM SUZUKI FOR THAT APPLICATION NO REASON SHOULD NOT FIT HAVE NOT SEEN THIS PROBLEM BEFOR.IN ORDER FOR US TO TO TAKE BACK WILL NEED TO BE NEW IN APPEARANCE BEARING
PACKING AND BOX IF HE BRINGS THEM BACK WILL TAKE BACK

MR *** DOES IN FACT HAVE A MOTORCYCLE THAT HAD AN ISSUE THAT WAS VERY HARD TO FIND IN AS MUCH AS WAS INTERMITTENT ELECTRICAL PROBLEM.THIS ISSUE STARTED WITH UNIT AT ANOTHER STORE OF OURS SO I GOT CONTACTED ABOUIT SITUATIONIT HAD BEEN THERE AND NOT FIXED CAME DOWN A DAY SHORTLY AFTER I HAD IT RIDEABLE IT WAS MIDDLE OF RIDING SEASON CUSTOMER WANTED BIKE BACK SO I GAVE IT BACK WITH UNDERSTANDING THAT HE WOULD RIDE SEASON BRING IN WHEN HE WAS DONE RIDING SO WE COULD GET TOO CAUSE OF THIS FAILURE.HE DROPPED OFF10-31-WITH THE UNDERSTANDINGT WOULD BE A PROCESS AND WHEN WE GOT TIME TO DEDICATE TO THIS PROJECTAFTER FIRST OF YEAR STARTED TO SLOW SO HAD TIME STARTED BY CHECKING PARAMETERS AND MAKING ADJUSTMENTS TO TRY AND ACHEIVE CORRECT RUNABILITY.AT SOME POINT CALLED IN MY TECHINICAL SERVICE MANAGER WHO SPENT TWO DAYS WITH ME REPLACING EVERY PART THAT CONTROLS THE FUEL INJECTION.EXCEPPT WIRE HARNESS BEFOR HE LEFT HAD ME TO REPLACE WIRE HARNESS THAT FIXED ALL THE PROBLEMS WE WERE EXPEIRENCING.DURING LAST 2-WEEKS OF THIS MR *** STARTED CALLING I KEPT HIM INFORMED AS MUCH AS I COULD WHEN I HAD INFO.AS FAR AS ASK OR *** OWING HIM FOR TIME HE DIDNT HAVE HIS BIKE THAT WAS ARRANGEMENT WHEN HE BROUGHT IN AT END OF SEASON AS AGREED.AND YES I TOLD HIM IT WOULD BE READY BY SPRING I MISSED THE FIRST CALANDER DATE OF SPRING BY I BELEIVE A WEEK DUE TO FACT PART IS VERY RARELY REPLACED AND HAD TO COME FROM JAPAN.INSTALLED PARTS IT STARTED TO ACT CORRECTLY ONCE HARNESS WAS INSTALLED.GOT BIKE BACK TOGETHER AND CLEANED UP MR *** SHOWED UP TOLD IT WAS DONEE ASKED IF HE COULD TAKE STANDARD ANSWER IS NO NOT TILL PAYMENT HAS BEEN ARRANGED.BUT DO TO THE FACT IT HAD BEEN HERE FOR A WHILE I LET HIM TAKE IT.LEGALY I BELEIVE IF WE WERE TRYYING TO BE MEAN OR NON CARING THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN ANSWER.AS FAR AS SEP SELLING HIM MORE WARRANTY THAT WOULD BE BETWEEN HIM AND SEP OR IF HE WANTED TO GO THROUGH DEALER EITHER WAY AS FAR AS *** I GOT THEM TO HELP WITH THE FIX THEY ARE TO PAY ABOUT HALF AND SEP(*** EXTENDED PROTECTION)) PAY THE OTHER HALF AND IM STILL OUT NUMEROUS HOURS BUT THAT IS NOT HIS PROBLEMAT POINT OF SALE WE HAVE CUSTOMER TO SIGN A WAIVER THAT STATES WE ASK POWERSPORTS PROVIDES NO ADDITIONAL COVERAGE OVER AND ABOVE THAT OF MANUFACTUREAS STATED I GAVE HIM HIS BIKE WHEN ASKED EVEN THOUGH BILL WAS NOT PAID.IT TOOK QUITE A WHILE TO FIX AND WHEN DROPPED OFF CUSTOMER WAS ADVISED OF THIS BY MECHANIC AND MYSELF.UNLESS THERE IS ANOTHER PROBLEM I AM NOT AWARE OF BIKE IS RUNNING FINE.I AM VERY SORRY MR *** FEELS THIS WAY AS HE NEVER COMPLAINS WHEN I TALK TO HIM AS FAR AS SEP I JUST CHECKED WITH OFFICE STAFF AND SEP WILL ONLY SELL EXTENDED CONTRACT PER UNIT.I HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THIS .THEY ARE EVEN A SEPERATE COMPANY FROM *** SO WE HAVE NO PULL FROM THAT PROSPECTIVE..AS FAR AS ASK WE HAVE EATEN ALOT OF LABOR -HOURS ABOUT AND DO NOT FEEL WE CAN CONTRIBUTE ANY MORE TO THIS SITUATIONTO BRING TO AN END I FEEL WE HAVE MET OUR OBLIGATIONS IN WHAT WAS AGREED TO AS FAR AS THE FIRST DAY OF SPRING I GUESS IS CONFUSION ON MY END I DIDNT MEAN THE FIRST DAY OF SPRING I WAS REFERRING TO A SEASON.THE BIKE IS RUNNING FINE TO MY KNOWLEDGE.BY THE WAY IM STILL WORKING ON GETTING PAID
