Re: Account # ***The original call we received was taken by Brandon our Service ManagerHe set an appointment after explaining the service and price of $initial and $per month for that size houseHe started the job on 8/10/and the customer seemed happy at the timeOn 8/16/the office
sent a New Start Letter that explains our service, who her Technician will be and what day of each month we will come out to do the service, in her case it was the first Monday of each monthOn 8/23/we returned for a call back to do the inside of her garageOn September 4th we came out to do our monthly service and left the service ticket on the doorThe customer called the office the same day and complained that she did not sign up for monthly service, that the price was wrong for monthly service, she said Brandon had quoted her $per month and her bill said $We apologized for the confusion and any miscommunicationWe explained that we had sent her a letter explaining service and price and that if she didn't want to continue with monthly service she just need to call us and let us know as we did not have a phone number for her at the time of the startWe said we would credit the charge for September service due to miscommunicationCustomer gave us a phone# to call, but said that she would think about keeping monthly service and would let us knowIn October our Technician called the night before and told her he would be there Monday between 3:& pm and she agreedThe technician showed up and treated the exteriorShe called on October 16th and stated she wanted the inside of her house and garage treated after 4:pmI asked her if there was any flexibility in the time as we had treated interior for her in August at 4pmI told her it was unfair to the Technician as he had to still return to the office and turn in his days work and call all his next day customers and be done at 5pmShe stated she had a babysitter and I asked her if he could come earlier on any day and meet with the babysitterShe abruptly said, "No the babysitter is a child, and called me a jackass"At this point I told her I did not want to argue with her any further, she had already received free service in September and I would not charge her for the service she received in October and she should seek out another pest control companyWe will be happy to provide a copy of our New start letter that was sent and a copy of the initial service ticket that she paid from which states $per month.Cordially, SDavid O***

I am rejecting this response because:You are failing to see that all of the major important information one should know about service was left outI did receive the start up letter but I did not get that until after my second service was doneOn that letter it states BRANDON is my tech, yet another tech came to do the service 9/WITHOUT calling or asking me if I wanted service done that monthWhen I called the office and spoke to Julie, she was very nice and apologetic, stating she herself was confused why "Jose" showed up seeing as he did NOT have my phone number in the system and was unable to call me to inform me of service which is why he was only able to spray my front porch and the back gate was locked- He was not expected to be there! So trying to make it sound like you did me a favor with "free service" to my front door is a tad ridiculousI was NEVER told the techs hours and when they could and couldn't spraySo when I called innocently and politely to schedule the inside of my home to be done I was greeted with a harsh harassing attitude telling me I am treating his company unfair by expecting me to pay his tech overtime and I am the FIRST person out of customers to request such a thing! ooookA nice "oh, I am so sorry the latest they can is 4:00" would have been better instead of acting like I had asked this request times before(The way you talk down to your female customers needs to be recognized and put to a stop, again I urge you to look at your reviews on Yelp and other sites.) After being talked over and yelled at for minutes I began to cry and he told me I should take my services elsewhereI agreed I would do that but if he planned on charging me for the days then he needed to finish the job, He laughed and said no. I don't feel I should be charged for October since the job wasn't completedAnd I think I should be given a refund on my start up fee since I was lied to, not given all of my information, harassed and in my opinion over chargedAugust was not a full month of service but there was no adjustment to the monthly feeI didn't agree to September service and October wasn't finished. keep in mind the first time my inside of the home was done we stayed home and he sprayed including the room my sleeping infant was in, when now suddenly we are told we have to leave for hours the next time?!
