I respectfully disagree with the owner that I have been impatientTwo messages sent in the span of two months is not considered impatience, as the owner accuses me ofI have documentation that they CONFIRMED receipt of the second attempt to send previous emails, so it's obvious that their response saying "they never received emails or phone calls" is falseThey chose not to either review their answering machine messages/emails or chose not to respond to them until I insistedI believe the owner uses that excuse as standard operating procedureHad they told me (and their other customers for that matter) that they were having issues as they described in the Revdex.com response, that would have been more than adequateMy "YES" to acceptance to this response is ONLY if I receive my deposit in a timely fashionIf not, I will be submitting yet another complaint to the Revdex.com against this company

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

I respectfully disagree with the owner that I have been impatient. Two messages sent in the span of two months is not considered impatience, as the owner accuses me of. I have documentation that they CONFIRMED receipt of the second attempt to send previous emails, so it's obvious that their response saying "they never received emails or phone calls" is false. They chose not to either review their answering machine messages/emails or chose not to respond to them until I insisted. I believe the owner uses that excuse as standard operating procedure. My "YES" to acceptance to this response is ONLY if I receive my deposit in a timely fashion. If not, I will be submitting yet another complaint to the Revdex.com against this company.
