2 separate wasp infestations in separate cedar planters, 1 week apart. Zafar responded immediately to both phone calls and came to my house the same day. He was thorough and efficient, explained all that he was doing, left me with additional product to spray morning and evening on the treated areas. The wasps had burrowed into the soil in the planters - no visible nest. Both treated areas are clear of wasps. A welcome result to a frightening experience as I now have severe reactions to wasp stings. Thank you!

Called ASM Pest Control when we had an explosion of ants in the house. Zafar came out to the house on time and did an amazing job inside and outside the house all at a more than a fair price. Ants gone within a day! He was polite and professional and the quote was honoured. About 2 months later we had a new colony of ants hatch and I called him and he fit us in the same day. This new ant problem was totally unrelated to our previous ant issue but was in the same area. To my surprise Zafar took care of this for no charge! First class company and I highly recommend ASM Pest Control. We will definitely be using ASM for all our future pest control! ASM also does mole removal. Thanks Zafar!

Had a bad ant infestation in my duplex. I called around and found that Zafar the owner really knowledgable about ants. He advised that with the spray and dusting that my tenants should not be in the home for 4 hours. When he came to the house he inspected the room where the ants were coming from and advised that he will spray and dust under the wall. With the spray the ants died instantly and dusting was for the ants to bring back to the colony. He set our expectation that we may see some ants roaming around and if they do come back to call him again. A few days later Zafar followed up with us and advised him that we have seen nothing. Today it's been a couple weeks now and Zafar followed up again. Zafar really cares about his clients and willing to make things right. He has demonstrated exemplary customer service and willingness to help address the problem. Thank you Zafar!!!

I greatly appreciate their service as they were very informative and answered all of our questions. My family and I had a bed bug problem therefore we searched for best exterminators in our area and they were on top of the list. We called them and they came and delivered excellent service. We discovered we had bed bugs and we called a bunch of places and they wanted to charge so much so when we called ASM Pest Control, they not only gave me the best price possible, they came right away and dealt with the problem ! And since then no more bed bug bites ! I can’t recommend their service enough ! They are the best !

I had a recent bed bug infestation and naturally, the first thing I did was go on *** to search on all things related to bed bugs. And as I kept flipping between web page to web page, my panic level kept increasing. The more I learned about them, the worse my anxiety grew.
Thankfully, I was referred to Zafar from ASM Pest Control. He gave me 110% assurance that he will get rid of them. I was worried I would have to get ride of my furniture. Especially as I had purchased a brand new Queen mattress, this would not have been financially feasible. Zafar assured me I would not need to get of my furniture. He advised me not to touch anything as he wanted to come and assess the situation and then begin treatment. The entire eradication process took about 4 hours and he even followed up with me 2 weeks later.

I hired ASM Pest Control about 2 months ago to help with a rodent situation. Zafer (the owner) came the same day, he assessed the situation with professionalism and then he advised a course of action. He installed some equipment that night. In a couple of weeks he called back to follow up and he came by again to install even more traps and baits, assuring us that it might take a little bit of time, but he is committed to do whatever it takes and come back as many times as he has to in order to get rid of the rodent situation. Even today, after so long, he called again to make sure that everything is under control. He also provided 6 months warranty, where other companies offered only 3 months. I felt I could trust Zafer from the beginning, not only to take care of the situation, but to be very discreet about it. He has a gentle manner and was very respectful our home. Many companies in Vancouver claim to be 24/7 but when I was in a crisis last weekend no one was available to help me. I called ASM pest control on Saturday night and they were at my home within the hour. The gentleman was courteous and thorough. He did not rush or charge for the late night call. I was taken back by the level of expertise and customer service. They even did a follow up to make sure everything was ok. Very very happy with the service. I would definitely recommend them!
