We received a request to address an issue on April 14, and received word that the tenant was only available on 4-18-16, when attempting to set up the appointment with us the Tenant starting using profanity and yelling, they then hung up the phone. We then tried to call the tenant back
and did not receive a response. The work order was cancelled at the point
