The most important issue for us is the loss of water that is pointing to a leakThis one needs immediate attention as we have have mentioned it several times, this is not addressed in the response from the company

We can invite a leak detection specialist to inspect your pool. If there is a leak and it is determined the leak is directly related to the liner installation ASP will pay the leak detection expense. In the event the leak is not related to the installation of the new liner the leak detection expense will be the responsibility of the home owner and will need to be paid in full at the time of the detection.

Good morning. Mr and Mrs [redacted] have a natural water flow under their pool that is causing their pool floor to was away and expose rocks to the underneath of their new liner. This is an act of nature and w at ASP cannot control where natural water forms or travels. Upon liner installation...
we rebuilt the floor in that area and installed the their new liner to the manufacturers specifications. This area has since washed out. Soon after installation Mr and Mrs [redacted] encountered an equipment malfunction. Their pump could not run without a new part. Mr [redacted] ordered his new part replaced it himself. While the pool sat still the water resumed its natural state and stayed green over the winter. No one could see the extent of the pool floor being washed away until almost spring. Natural water from the earth is beyond our control. We at ASP are sorry the [redacted] family is having ground water issues. If they can get a drainage professional to redirect this water somehow maybe build retaining walls and address rain run off from the house we will be happy to bid taking out their new liner re patching the floor reinstalling the liner and balancing it after it is filled. Again we invite the [redacted] family to fix the water issue and take our recommendations seriously to protect their new liner.
