***? ***Our records show proper chemical adjustments each visit for the chemical readings.? When the first heat exchanger
started leaking we let the customer know about some issues with installation.? Which is the reason they had the original pool builder come out.? We recommend replacing the heater instead of trying to repair they chose to repair.? When the heater started leaking again we never saw the damage the customer used the pool builder to replace.? If they thought there was issue with service we should have been notified at that time and I would have been glad to work towards a resolution.? With the equipment being removed we have to go off our pool reports and they show the pool being treated correctly.? On the weekends and weekdays calling our office number is preferred so we can track an keep up with phone calls.? Anytime Cindy left a message she was always called back and the pool was serviced? ?
