In your response you say that I am considered a dropped student for weeks who no show or do not make contact with the school Before and after signing the contract
your employee *** *** told me there was no problem with me coming back when I wanted as long as I let the school knowHe gave examples of students not completing the classes for a 1- year period because they would go back to Mexico then come back.
I did inform *** *** (your representative of the school) that I was looking for work and may need to adjust my attendance accordingly because of work schedulingBOTH at the time of the contract, and in December 2012
I also spoke to different school reps in early and let them also know that I would tentatively return in June/ July when my employment contract endedI want to address that last pointI did receive calls from your representatives January/February asking when I would return to classWhen we did speak I told them I had recently spoken to the Sacramento office already about my situationI asked if there was any problem and what was the concernThe first time I spoke on the phone ( a woman) who said that they were just wondering because they wanted to make sure I didn't forgetI told her what I told the Sacramento office, that I would tentatively be back after my employment contract in June/July
The second time I spoke on the phone (with a man) and I asked why am I receiving so many calls and he replied that they just wanted to me to complete my class so I could finish the courseNEVER in ANY conversation was there any mention of the school closing the Sacramento office.
My address has never changed from what you have on file
I never received your certified letterWas it certified?
You have my phone number, email and could have left a voice mail (because we have spoken in the past) regarding the closing of the Sacramento office
I would like to restate my request for a refundI don't know how you can ethically take my fully paid tuition regarding my situation I would also like a copy of the letter sent out in question as an attachment on the reply
