She is correct about $but she is wrong about not being finished I have video and pictures of the completed project with my attorney At the end of the project I sent one man to do the final touch ups total days She was not happy - during this time I had her place blue
tape showing where the touch ups were needed Those were taken care of Mind you that the house is total sqf if that and we painted bedrooms less than sqf each, a narrow ft wide hallway by maybe feet, a one story stairwell and living room down stairsTo put things into perspective one man by himself can paint the entire scope in days let alone the touch ups This lady was living with an unfinished office space for years because the last contractor left and ran I took the high road and try to finish the job and now I am chasing after my money I have more than enough to go to court with We will take this as long as it will take, we deserve our money By the way the outstanding balance is $- $I owe her. I have had sheetrock tapers, sheetrock sanders, assistant manager, painters, clean out person and myself involved in this project of my guys quit because they did not want to go back to her house to work She would not leave them alone She would try to teach my painters how to paint, install sheetrock and such I had another contractor came to give us a quote on replacing her stairs to the attic He refused to deal with her and walked away without giving her an estimate because she kept on telling the contractor on how to actually install the stairs I heard from my workers anything from crazy to lunatic, and to be polite in this forum "sexually frustrated" lady that drove everyone insane ( you can imagine the actual words used) If one person has this kind of impression I would understand her but all of my workers without any discrepancy said and thought one or more of those adjectives describing her personality We painted ceilings and walls to white in flat finish Her complaints are pin head imperfections that new sheetrock comes with I never promised her perfect surfaces Also the drips she is mentioning are from the old paint job that was done at least a decade ago We used the same colors hence the room for confusion to take place The new paint drops would come up immediately with simple water ( in case there were any), the old paint hardens over time and sometime you would need chemicals to remove and are very diffucult to remove This was exemplified to her many times in front of her eyes and she was still blaming us for those drips from old paint job.We also installed picture hanging trim on her walls Downstairs were stained and upstairs were painted The stained trim had degree joints on the corners Just the drive the nail in the coffin - she placed a single sheet of paper at the joint The joint was so tight that it held the paper up in place One single sheet of paper The customer complained about that joint Her solution was to cut a piece of wood that would be as thick as one sheet of paper and fill in that gap With stained wood one cannot use caulk because that would not absorb the stain to match the color and the joint was too tight to force any stain-able wood putty into Once again it was tight enough to hold a sheet of paper in place. I hold my head high because it is obvious we are dealing with her personality and not the job at hand If any one requires I can provide the pictures and video of our completed work I have been accredited with the Revdex.com since without any complaints In this time it is that I would come across this personality sooner or later I can provide references of the work we have completed during the same time from other home owners Please visit *** ***, ***, *** and see the customer feedback the for us Then you can see that this is a singled out complaint and obviously a personality issue not work unfinished. Thank you Osman A***

 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: It does not resolve my complaint.Aspect Painting LLC stole $330 of sheetrock from me in August 2015. Osman A[redacted] told me he would pay me for the sheetrock if he took it, but he took the sheetrock and never paid me for it.Aspect Painting LLC was paid for materials before getting them, and was paid for all the work it completed reasonably. The firm has not fixed the ugly, unprofessional, unacceptable irregularities it created on my walls when it installed sheetrock, then spackled the sheetrock, and painted the sheetrock. See a few of the boo-boos they made here in the attached photos.
