The policy that you cannot bring your own part is not accurate they told me that as long as it was a original Volvo parts they would put it on I used them in the past to put a boost solenoid valve on the same car that I purchased offline and they place that part on my car and only charged me labor I was told the $would be to get further inDep to see where the leak was coming from cuz they visibly could not it and I had to pay for their time for looking at it was told to me twice
Ms. [redacted] brought her 06 Volvo XC90 in on 7/16/15. The only charge on her invoice was for the service of degreasing for $89.99 + Tax. We did not charge her a diagnostic fee which can be clearly seen on her invoice. Therefore no refund will be issued. We never stated that it would be ok for...
Ms. [redacted] to order and supply her own parts. That is not a normal practice at any repair center.
In response to her response we rendered the service that was performed and we owe nothing more to this customer
