We have received tenant's complaint and responded swiftly. stove handle; (4) replaced globe in kitchen. An investigation was made for mold and/or mildew and no incidents of either were found. The work order also noted a follow up order to return to sand and paint the hallway wall. In addition, the regional manager of the property will be conducting her own investigation on the property to determine whether the property manager may have overlooked any mold or mildew so that we can respond appropriately.
