I highed this company to repair and update my house due to wind and tree damage after a storm. Upon agreeing to the work and on a set price as well as agreeing that due to this being an insurance job that payment upfront was not necessary and that work would start immediately. After 2 week the company's accountant stated that 50% was now required or they would stop all work and due to not having the funds they stopped all work including work that had been paid for on a secondary job until they received the money then I was informed the I would need to pay every 2 weeks for them to continue working. During this time several expensive item were stolen from my property and only after informing them I would involve the police did they give me compensation, several other items were broken in the home and they attempted to blame me for the damages and attempted to not pay for repairs. While waiting on insurance to write the final payment check they attempt to threaten to put a lean on my property claiming non payment however Arkansas law has strict laws that protect consumers and they attempted to force the matter until I informed them that I knew of these laws. Do not use this company.
Mr C hired a restoration company. They didn't fulfill their obligation. They contracted us on an emergency basis. We never do any work without a down payment. Especially on larger jobs such as this was. His property was unsecured due to a tree crushing the garage. Items the homeowner claims were stolen could have been taken by anyone walking by the open home. We as most construction companies require progress draws as we work. We never stopped working on this project. However we did have to wait for payment for almost 60 days. And we are currently 45 days past due on final payment. We were never threatened with the police. I'm not sure about this review, but it is not a true description of what has transpired. We have a great rating and excellent reviews. We hope to please all of our customers. You can't please them all. Publishing things like Mr C did is his right. We honor that. However, there are always two sides to every story.
