Aspen Dental Care

[redacted] came into our office for a new patient exam.  It is our standard of care to take bitewing x-rays once a year and a panoramic x-ray every 3 years.  We had a copy of a panoramic x-ray from her previous dentist.  She was complaining of widsom teeth causing her some...

discomfort.  Because of this we took a new panoramic x-ray that shows the position of the widsom teeth to determine if she needed to have them removed.  Since she is over 18 she gave consent to the treatment.  Their insurance company combined the two types of x-rays into a full mouth code and denied payment.  We don't have control over what insurance companies do.  We felt like the course of treatment we did was in the best effort of the patient.

I am rejecting this response because:
As I stated before, it becomes a "he said - she said" scenario.  My daughter's concerns over her wisdom teeth are being addressed by a qualified oral surgeon here in Fort Collins.  To my knowledge Aspen Dental Care is not wholly qualified in this discipline.  My daughter recollects the discussion differently.
Basically a business that does not strive to work with the customer to reach any middle ground is not the norm in my experiences.  Thus, I fell strongly that Aspen Dental Care, having had an additional opportunity to work with the customer, is just average. 
I would like my original complaint to be on record and would request that Aspen Dental Care not be graded an "A+" business, as average is not A+.
