I am rejecting this response because:
extra trips and medications for pain and abscess cause of your bad extractions and left five roots in mouth had to have a 2.20 hour surgrey to get them out Im still in pain and getting a second opinon next week to see just what going on.  Your TV ads say satisfaction guarantee or money back doesnt mention only partAll my pain and suffering cant wear them and or eat right I wont except this, better come back with a better offer or this man will have no choice to sue .  You people caused all this with bad dentistry and false advertising.  [redacted]

[redacted] Dear Mr. [redacted]: Thank you for sharing your concerns about the treatment you received.  I am writing to you on behalf of the Mankato, MN Aspen Dental branded practice, owned and operated by MN Dentistry PC.  I certainly do apologize for your experience at the Mankato, MN Aspen Dental office. I am in receipt of your complaint filed with the Revdex.com.  I have reviewed it and your Aspen Dental account with the Mankato, MN Aspen Dental Office Manager, Jackie.  We are both sorry for your experience and the dental office would like the opportunity to complete your treatment.  If, however you do not wish to return, we will refund you for the denture portion of your treatment that has not been provided to you.  If you choose not to return for treatment, we will refund $400.00 per denture, ($800.00 total).  That refund would reduce your denture payments down to $1,015.20 each, which is the cost of the dentures you currently have.  Payments made for extractions and other services are not refundable.  If you wish to resume treatment or to accept the refund, please contact Jackie at the dental office, or me upon receipt of this letter. I appreciate you giving me the opportunity to respond to your inquiry.  A copy of this letter has been forwarded to the Revdex.com in response to your complaint.
