today, June 12, 2017, that the outstanding balance had been resolved and that they actually owed me moneyI was told the refund process would begin todayAs long as they follow through with the refund, this complaint has been resolved to my satisfaction.Thank you

I am rejecting this response because: Aspen did not provide the services they advertisedThey advertised dentures at a certain cost, then made excuses for why those dentures were not availableTheir treatment of me was horribleThey shove dentures in your mouth without so much as a warning, and left junk on my face. I had to wait months before they finally got things right, even though I made clear with each visit how I wanted them cutThey even sent a check for $as a refund, only to immediately decide I wasn't even entitled to that So their "offer" to keep money I shouldn't have had to pay in the first place is not acceptable.I want a refund of at least half the total bill, since that would more accurately reflect the amount I believed I would pay based on their advertising
