The consumer received service from business in May 2018. The consumer has been having troubles with her partial, which is only temporary. The consumer still has not received her permanent partial. The consumer has tried reaching out to the business several times without a response from a manager and 2 different locations

Thank you for sharing your concerns about the treatment you received and the balance remaining due for those services. I am writing to you on behalf of the Mayfield Heights, OH Aspen Dental branded practice, owned and operated by ***. I certainly do apologize for your experience at the Mayfield Heights, OH Aspen Dental office.
I am in receipt of your complaint filed with the Revdex.com. I have reviewed it and your Aspen Dental account with the dental practice. I am advised that you recently spoke with a representative of the practice and it was explained that you have received all of the services contracted for and paid for noted in your initial treatment plan. The cost of a second set of partial dentures was not included in your original treatment estimate. If you have any questions concerning your treatment or costs, please reach out to the office manager, *** (option 2) and he will be happy to assist you.
