alone in an area where a baby can get at itWe have offered the customer $*** off of the billWe will repair the screen and make sure the remaining service is done properly with no mess left behind.I appreciate *** taking the time to voice her concernsOur goal is always to have all clients happy and sometimes problems do seem to snowball as in this casei am sincerely sorry for the bad experience

I appreciate the company getting back to me and coming in to complete the jobhowever there were still issues with the install even after all of thisthe installer showed up on time which was greatmy *** was here to meet himonce I got home at the end of the day with the baby we were looking at the work that was donemy *** found a shard of glass in the carpet where the old window had been sittingi vacuumed and didnt find any other glassthe caulking in the window is a bit messyi will have to clean up and remove some of the caulking on the frame of the windowthe pieces of the window that hold in it place were very rusted prior to the install as the seal on the window had broken, which is why we were having it replacedthe person who was out to quote on the job had said that those pieces would be replaced, however there is still at least one that still shows signs of corrosionthe installer also never left a bill or anything to show what the cost of the install now ishe told my *** to call the office to pay by credit card
I fully understand that many installs have mistakes and errors and messes can happen however I just feel like as the company president mentioned in his reply (which was a good reply and seems sincere but this situation is still a mess) that all of this snowballed and still seems to be snowballingthe window still seems to be a mess and ***l or I wish I had replaced the entire window as I now need to clean up caulking on the inside of the window but cant get to the caulking on the outside of the window***
