Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:As stated in my prior email, Revdex.com told me before I submitted the complaint (and after Aspen's first email stating they don't need to work with me) that I am entitled to work through Revdex.com about my terrible experiences with Aspen.  This is because Aspen is doing work on my unit under a contract with my HOA, of which I am a member, and which is paid with money that includes my HOA dues.  Also, Aspen knows that my management company and HOA board are not enforcing the contract, and will not do anything to help me.  My HOA members have successfully petitioned to have a special meeting to try to recall the entire Board.  Most of the people who signed the petition specifically said they are upset about the job Aspen is doing at our complex.  Although I'm the only person to file with Revdex.com, dozens of other homeowners have personally told me they are very disappointed in the work Aspen is doing at our complex.  Aspen began the project in early August.  It is now early December and only one building has been completed (prepped for paint, replaced wood that needed to be replaced, and painted).  (there was a stop in work for approximately 5 weeks, because the HOA Board was redoing the contract)  Aspen told me on several occasions, including via email, that they would work with me to ensure that the work being done on my unit is acceptable to me.  Aspen blew me off time after time, until I decided to try filing a complaint with Revdex.com.  Aspen is now refusing to work with directly via Revdex.com.  They continue to do shoddy work, my HOA won't do anything about it, and I'm afraid my home will suffer water damage in the future because of the lack of caulking or improper caulking around the wood they are putting up on my unit (which is rated for indoor use, not outdoor use, and doesn't look like it's even being primed).  There are so many other issues with the work.  After first beginning work on my unit in early August, leaving primer in spots here and there (making the unit, and all ten buildings they started in August, looking terrible for months), they started replacing wood in late November.  They took off one piece and didn't even replace it before leaving for the day, leaving the area exposed to the elements.  They have left approximately a couple dozen old nails (removed along with old wood; most of the old wood was picked up) on the ground near my garage and in front of my unit, including in the grass.  I only knew to check for them because my neighbor saw them throwing them down and warned me before I came home for the day.  Otherwise, I may have ended up with a flat tire as I pulled into my garage.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

To Whom it May Concern,Ms. [redacted] is not our client as she has represented.  We have a contract with the [redacted] HOA Board of Directors to paint 10 buildings within their community.  The Board of Directors for the [redacted] community has asked Aspen Group not to...

communicate directly with Ms. [redacted] due to her harassment of our onsite personnel, management and administrative staff and product representatives prior to and during this project.  She has been asked to contact her Board of Directors or Property Manager with any questions she has regarding the project.  The Board of Directors is inspecting all buildings for carpentry acceptance prior to us painting.  They are also performing an inspection after paint before we move to the next building. We also have a third party representative from the paint manufacturer onsite weekly to confirm the project is being completed to their standards. I have attached contact information for the [redacted] Board president and their property manager.

To Whom It May Concern:As I stated in my initial response, our contract is with the [redacted] HOA Board of Directors, it is not with Ms. [redacted].  We report to the Board of Directors and the Association property manager Hugh [redacted] with [redacted].  We meet for inspections with the Board of Directors and Mr. [redacted] in each step of our production process.  We do not move forward with production without approval from the Board of Directors.  We also have a third party representative from [redacted] inspect our work on a weekly basis. Please contact me with any further questions.Kind regards,[redacted]
