Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:My Revdex.com complaint was filed 24Decagainst Aspen Grove Nursery with no response until now Aspen Grove Nursery had ample time to respond regarding this claim and choose to file a civil claim on 25Jan Now there is a counterclaim against Aspen Grove Nursery and only now are they responding to this Revdex.com complaint as they now know this will affect their business.This is a valid counterclaim with a scheduled court date of 22Feb2016.Please see the attached chat messages dated back in July & Letters dated back to Nov 19, where I clearly stated I would be reporting Aspen Grove Nursery to the Revdex.com with my concerns I will gladly update the Revdex.com complaint after we go to court regarding this matter Regards, [redacted]
